Girls Soccer

Soccer here are some workouts that require no weights!  Alternate these workouts thru your week! 

3 rounds:

10 box jumps, 10 mountain climbers, 10 jumping lunges, and 10 sit ups

Countdown

80 scissor kicks (40 each leg)

70 air squats

60 second planks

50 sit ups

40 box jumps

30 burpees

20 bench press (push ups)

10 pull ups (alternate any other exercise if you wish like 10 sprints)


Conditioning

run around the school

50 squats

5 medium hills

30 lunges (15 each leg)

5 grass hills

20 wall hops
